Morro Bay

SoCal → NorCal
Long roadtrip breather pt.3

Our stop in Morro Bay was to see the famous Morro Rock, a 581-foot volcanic plug. It’s actually a California Historical Landmark. We went to the base of the rock, and there we were greeted by gulls. Lots of them. The area was said to also have seals, but I didn’t see any. Probably cause I didn’t know and didn’t look.

We stayed for a while, amused by these birds lol

We left just when the sun was starting to set. We had one destination left on our list and off we go! Stay tuned for the last post of this adventure!
